BlackHole's - House Rules

1) Tobacco smoking is allowed in the property, limited to designated places only, not inside the rooms.

2) Alcohol drinking is permitted during the stay at the property ( Guest should obtain the same from the Kerala state government authorized outlets(BEVCO)).

3) Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substance (NDPS) or weapons, or violent pets, etc are not allowed on the property. Guests shall be solely responsible and accountable for any illegal act or conduct /performed by them during the stay. The stay operator reserves the right to void such bookings without any prior notice, and any cost/loss incurred would be fully recovered from the guest.

4) Generally, outside food brought by the guest is not allowed in the property. However, in such event, guests shall be wholly responsible for undertaking all the risk. If a relevant bill as proof is produced, the property may allow the same at its discretion.
