BlackHole's - Refund policy

You are entitled to cancel your booking before 72 hours of your check-in time without giving any reason. In such a case, your entire advance amount would be refunded if booked directly with BlackHole. If booked through OTA, their terms and conditions shall be applicable.

If the cancellation request is within 48 hrs of your check-in time, 20% of your booking amount will be withheld, remaining amount will be reimbursed

Had the cancellation request be within 24 hrs of your check-in time 40% of your booking amount will be withheld.

If the cancellation request is within 12 hrs of your check-in time, 70% of your booking amount will be withheld, and the remaining amount will be reimbursed

For now-show cases, no booking amount would be reimbursed.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day we receive your cancellation confirmation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the booking.
